Presentation in USA and Canada: let’s start it over!

Chef Lorenzo Polegri and Chef Kevin O’ Donnell, Director and Instructor at the MCC, are traveling all over North America holding culinary events and presenting the newest Culinary place of Italy, the Monini Culinary Center in Spoleto!!!

November 14th, Bedford Village Inn, New Hampshire, gala dinner performing classic Umbrian recipes, along with Italian wines and Monini best oils.

November 17th, at Johnson & Wales University Hotel Restaurant, Audrey’s in Seekonk Mass., presentation of the academic program at MCC, gala dinner.

November 20th, at Draeger’s Cooking School in San Mateo, California, cooking class with tasting and presentation of the MCC.

December 1st, at Mount Stephen, Montreal Canada, fundraising dinner with the Italian Canadian Foundation.
