An elegant balance between new and tradition
Natural materials, respect for the environment and for
the nature, elegance and harmony of volumes and research
for innovative solutions…old and new meeting joyfully:
these are the features of the Monini Culinary Center.
It is located into a hillside, completely surrounded
by olive trees, with the character of a traditional
Umbrian house, but it is much more:
The pressing machine, a portico for the unloading of
the olives and some rooms for farm usage is located
at the ground floor. On the first floor, instead, there
is the residence. Ceilings with wooden beams, terra
cotta floors and lime plastered walls. Beautiful Liberty
iron handrails, glass for the chandeliers with a very
essential design in the airy living-room… The
basic materials enhance the structure but they also
warm up and create a clean and refined atmosphere, always
absolutely natural.
From the cozy living room it is possible to access a
tiny wooden library furnished with a wide variety of
olives cultivations and production techniques books.
Then, through the bright corridor we arrive to the wide
and very modern kitchen that opens up like a big stage
where the Chefs manage to create the best combinations
with the products of the Frantoio.
The guests' rooms are seven in total, all exquisitely
designed and equipped with elegant bathrooms. Of these
rooms, four are double, one is triple, one is quadruple
and one is single. |
